Inside Our Vegas Tiki Bar
Walk in, and you’re below deck on the Howling Shadow, the ship that sank with Captain Sarge and his crew. Screens along the walls show the sea outside the hull. Paintings of the pirate dogs hang over the bar.
Grab a stool at the long bar. Pull the crew around a big table. Or claim one of the booths at the end of the ship. There’s a photo spot near the back too, and ye’ll want to use it.
Sarge is real, by the way. He’s the dog who started it all, and the reason this Las Vegas tiki bar exists. Read his tale on The Legend page, or meet the people behind the bar on Who We Are.
Our Tiki Bar Las Vegas Menu
Elixirs with flavors plundered from the seven seas. Tiki classics share the menu with house drinks named after the crew, and every cocktail gets a skull rating so ye know how strong it hits. Low-sugar and zero-proof options are on board too.
- Mai Tai: Rhum Clément Blanc, Smith & Cross Jamaican rum, Clément Créole Shrubb, orgeat, lime. Rigging hasn’t been this tight since Vic.
- Sarge’s Old Fashioned: Redemption rye finished in rum casks, Myers’s Single Barrel rum finished in Sazerac rye casks, Bittercube Jamaican No. 2 bitters, burnt sugar. Like a dog chasing his own tail!
- Swig & Berries: Hera the Dog vodka, Svöl Swedish aquavit, strawberry, rhubarb, lemon, rosewater. A portion of proceeds supports the Nevada SPCA.
- Tito’s Toad Venom: Ron Colón red banana oleo rum, Kōloa coffee rum, Tanduay dark rum, Vesta coffee, Trader Vic’s macadamia nut, sea water. Guaranteed zoomies.
- Goonies Never Say Die: Planteray Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple rum, Coruba dark rum, Worthy Park overproof rum, pineapple, Stray Pirate POG mix, honey, allspice. Hey you guys!
- Saturn: Stray Dog gin, passion fruit, orgeat, falernum, amaretto, lemon. Follow the stars to cosmic plunder.
- Salty Sea Dog: Nikka Coffey gin, grapefruit, lemongrass, cardamom, black sea salt. A low-sugar pick. Seasoned sailors choose wisely.
Skipping the rum? Our Virgin Voyage mocktails, like the Dry Tai and Pain-Thriller, keep ye in the party.

Drink Good. Do Good. Sail On.
Every Swig & Berries order, made with Hera the Dog vodka, sends a portion to the Nevada SPCA. The money helps stray pups find loving crews of their own. Order one and toast the dogs still waiting for a home.

What Guests Say About Our Las Vegas Tiki Bar
Make the trip off the strip! Visit the Stray Pirate! The tiki drinks were the best we tried during our visit to a few tiki bars around the strip. Not to mention they are not weak. The staff extremely nice and helpful when choosing a drink.
We are locals and had not previously been here. Isaiah was the bartender and he was very good. Good at making the drinks, quick to respond and deliver. The bar itself is true tiki. Great ambiance and music. Lots of fun things to look at.
Awesome tiki bar. Friendly service and great drinks. Got the Goonies drink, was excellent.
